Don't forget Moringa oleifera, the most nutritious plant ever discovered. Hard to get and out of the dry parts of West Africa.

I agree that soy isn't the healthiest thing for you. I know that soymilk is not perfect, but it's by far better than the everyday milk that people get in the store. The stuff they put in that is just scary. What's best is organic cow's milk and organic goat's milk, but those are getting harder and harder to find everyday. Soy's not dangerous. Taken in moderation it can be quite healthy, but the way I see some vegetarians and vegans go about eating soy is just foolish overkill. Too much estrogen.

A good start for anyone is to simply go vegetarian (including moderate dairy if you want). And drop excessive alcohol. If you do just this much your life will vastly improve. You can throw away the antacid if you do this.

Actually this is one good question I want an answer to also. Bodybuilders are known to eat as many as 20 eggs in a DAY! Of course without the yolk as yolk is supposed to have cholosterol. Also, the egg whites should be pasturized or else it would result in vitamin H deficiency. (from what I have read)
