well L'Oreal is run differently in every country cuz its under different presidents but if your saying they sell to "specialized" stores then its not diversion. diversion is when stylists or i guess norm people buy it delute it or water it down and resale it to fred meyers and cosco. here in oregon L'Oréal just bought Maly's the beauty supply and we sell to beauty first another beauty supply. i think its a bit different somehow

There is something wrong here! L'Oréal Brazil has been selling Majirel, Richesse and Platinum Powder to specialized cosmetics stores in Brazil for years and any citizen can buy them. Now, you can buy Matrix too and as far as I know, these stores bought Matrix from Brazilian Authorized Matrix Distributors and L"Oréal Brazil approved it. Is there a Double standard here? |
